Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposit Terms
bKash, Nagad, and Rocket payment methods can be used to deposit funds into ok930. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled.
- Funds will be added to the account balance only after a successful deposit.
- If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, notify the ok930 support team.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount from ok930 is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will always be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- There must be a sufficient withdrawable balance in the account at the time of the withdrawal request.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the specified wagering requirements are met.
- Large withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification has not been completed.
4.3 Payment Methods
ok930 currently supports the following mobile banking methods in Bangladesh:
- bKash: Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
- Nagad: The digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
- Rocket: The mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
All withdrawal requests are processed according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). ok930 will not be responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment provider.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on ok930 are eligible to receive a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.
- The bonus applies only once, at the time of the first deposit.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another account.
- There may be restrictions on using the bonus outside a specific game.
5.2 General Terms for Promotional Offers
ok930 regularly provides various promotional offers, cashback, and special bonuses. Each offer has specific terms that will be stated in the offer description.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated in the relevant offer.
- ok930 reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer without prior notice.
- If misuse of the bonus system is detected, the bonus funds of the relevant account will be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Cashback
ok930's VIP program has three tiers, each offering weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular play. Cashback for each tier is calculated on a weekly basis and paid out according to the specified terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
The outcome of all bets and games on ok930 is determined according to the rules of the relevant game provider. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, ok930 reserves the right to make a correction.
- Check your balance before placing a bet — bets will not be accepted with an insufficient balance.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Account Suspension & Closure

ok930 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

- If the security of the account is considered to be at risk.
- Extended period of account inactivity.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
